It is given that
1^2 +2^2 +3^2 +...+10^2 = 395
Now, 2^2 +4^2 +6^2 +...+20^2
= 4 +16 +36 +...+400
= 4(1 + 4 + 9 + ... + 100)
= 4(1^2 +2^2 +3^2 +...+10^2)
= 4(395)
= 1580

2. This question is not from reliable GMAT source. Options in proper GMAT questions are in ascending or descending order.
3. Here is a similar official guide question: given-that-1-2-2-2-3-2-10-2-385-what-is-the-value-of-322409.html?fl=similar
4. 1^2 +2^2 +3^2 +...+10^2 is 385, NOT 395.
5. 2^2 +4^2 +6^2 +...+20^2? is 1540, NOT 1580.
