Hi Shrey.
Have you taken any official practice tests?
If not, taking one would be your best next move.
If you have not taken any official practice tests, then, for all you know, your score on the actual GMAT would be significantly higher than your scores on the practice tests that you have been taking.
On another note, if you have truly been strengthening your weaker areas, then you should be becoming pretty skilled overall. Just be sure that you are truly strengthening your weaker areas by learning them from the ground up. Sometimes people work on weaker areas without ever fully understanding the concepts involved in those areas and, therefore, don't really develop the knowledge and skills that they need to develop in order to experience significant score increases.
