You should expect to get roughly the same result on the test.
How have you scored on your practice CATs? And did you take the FULL CAT each time (including the Essay and IR sections)? While scores of 48 and 50 on the Club Tests show that you have the capacity to score at a really high level on the Quant section of the GMAT, it's not realistic to take a score "out of context." On the Official GMAT, you'll have to travel to the Testing Facility, go through the standard 'check in' steps and Orientation Program, complete the Essay and IR sections and take your first break BEFORE you see a single Quant question. Those additional 'steps' can all impact your performance, but it does not sound like you went through ANY of them when you took each of those Club Tests.
