Hello,
Can anyone recommend a software program that specifically focused on quant problems?
I am looking for a program that allows me to select questions by category (geometry, exponents, etc.) and which gives solutions in case I get it wrong. I am NOT looking for entire quant section exams, but rather a question bank.
I searched and did not find this answered. Thanks.

I'm not aware of any softwares that provide sectional tests/questions for practice. However, there's this website I used for practising the Quant and Verbal sections as well as strengthening specific areas within these sections. You might want to take a look at this.

There's a free 3-day trial available after which you'll have to subscribe. However, the subscription charges are not very high - quite affordable.
I'd found this useful during my preparation and used this to strengthen a few areas which I was weak in. The website tracks your progress in each section, offers a study plan and even predicts your GMAT score range (the prediction was very much near to the actual score I got on my GMAT).
P.S: The questions seem to exhaust after a while (took about 2 - 2.5 months for me) if you use the site regularly.
