Quick question for everybody......... I have booked an appointment to write the GMAT exam on Wednesday, May 23rd. As I am working through the practice exams, I am constantly getting between 44-46. I am finding that I have to rush through some questions. Does anyone know what is the best strategy towards answering questions if I feel pinched for time? Ie. is it better to spend more time upfront and than rush through the last few questions or should each question be allotted the same amount of time? What is the best strategy to maximize quant score?
Your GMAT timing should be all about averages. You should spend less than average time on easier problems and more than average time on more difficult problems.
Spending more time up front is a myth. If you rush at the end and get sequential problems incorrect or don't answer problems at all, this will hurt you more than you will benefit from spending more time up front.
