Hi Sriram,
To start, I've sent you an email with an analysis of your ESR and some additional questions.
With this new thread, you've included some information that you never mentioned before: you've now taken the Official GMAT 3 times over the last year and performed at the same general level. GMAC has publicly stated that the Official Score that you earn on Test Day is within +/- 30 points of actual ability - and your 3 Official results show that you essentially performed the same each time (about 620 +/- a few points). You handle certain aspects of the GMAT consistently well, but you also make certain consistent mistakes on the Official Exam (regardless of how you perform on your CATs/mocks).
It's certainly possible that starting off your GMAT with the Verbal section might help you to perform better in that section, but doing so wouldn't change your knowledge about the Verbal section nor the Tactics that you use for that section. It would be a worthwhile experiment though, so you should try taking a NEW CAT with the Verbal section first (perhaps this weekend) Since you've already taken 4 of the Official CATS, I suggest that you take one of the CATs from Kaplan,
MGMAT or Veritas next. Once you have that Score, you should report back here (or you can feel free to email me - and we can discuss the results and how you might best proceed with your studies.
