Each Statement alone is sufficient for this question, because the line equation is satisfied for both the equations alone.

First, the 3r + 2 -s = 0 is just the equation for the line given above with r and s substituted for x and y, so disregard that part of the statements.

Statement 1
(3r +2 -s)(4r +9 -s) = 0
This is the same as 4r +9 -s = 0
Since there are multiple values possible for r and s, it is impossible to tell.

Statement 2
(3r + 2 -s) (4r-6-s) = 0
This is the same as 4r - 6- s =0
Again, multiple possible values for r and s

Together: You have 2 distinct equations and 2 unknowns so you can solve for r and s, and determine if the solution set fits.
