hi Hjrot,
I have scored 730(quant-51, verbal-36).
I am soon going to apply, but I m bit confused. First of all, I am not sure how good my score is? do I have any realistic chance of getting into any elite school on this score?
To give you a better idea about myself I give you a breif description of myself.
I am an engineer by qualification and have 4 years of work exp. in IT industry. have good academics.
I am interested in doing sepcialisation in finance. But don't have any background or work exp in finance. I need your advice in this matter.
Moreover, what will be the job prospects in US after MBA, since I m an indian and don't have any overseas work exp?
Can u suggest me some good schools, which offers spring admission too??

A 730 is a strong score- it is above the mean for virtually every MBA program in the world. Indeed, is above the 90th percentile at UVA.
