Hello,
This is Garvit Gupta, currently working in WAPCOS Limited, a PSU under the Ministry of Water Resources. My work profile includes the construction of hydropower plants.
I have a work experience of 2 years. 10th 86% 12th 84%. Planning to give the Gmat exam in December. Considering my profile, is it a good option to opt for this exam and the universities which i should target. and are the universities in Singapore good enough as compared to USa in terms of ROI?
Looking for a positive feedback.

There are a variety of factors that go into selecting the Schools that you'll apply to. Here are some things to think about:
1) Is there a particular company that you want to work for or industry that you want to work in? Certain degrees are more appropriate than others if you have a specific career goal.
2) What do you want your MBA to do for you?
3) Do you want to go to School full-time or part-time?
4) Are you willing to relocate? Are you comfortable with working through a program that is primarily online?
5) Are you going to be applying for scholarships?
Etc.
It's okay if you don't have answers to any of these questions just yet, but until you can answer these questions AND until you have an Official GMAT score, there's no real way to evaluate your profile or offer any suggestions as to what Schools you should apply to.

Your adacs are pretty good, and you hold less number of experiences to apply for top B-Schools. If you wanted to apply for top B-School minimum you should hold 3years of experience, and then a good score of GMAT, rest will be your application plays an important role.
All B-Schools are good across the globe, it all depends on your taste and preference to which country you are interested.
Suggest you to take GMAT and out of the way by writing it now. Make sure you get 700+ to reach your goals.
