Hi!
I’m an Indian, and am a Visually Challenged candidate with 100% disability. I’m interested to pursue my Ph.D. in HR domain and have got 9 years of experience in teaching with a reputed Indian University. I recently took GMAT and got 660 marks (Quants- 49 and Verbal-31). I took the test with the help of text-to-speech software JAWS, due to my disability. I know that my verbal score is very low. I found it challenging to manoeuvre around to solve verbal questions in the stipulated time.
I’m here to ask whether this score will serve well to get me into a top B-School for Ph.D. What role will my disability play in admissions?

First off, a 660/Q49 is a strong score (it's right around the 80th percentile overall), so it could be enough to get you into the PhD Programs that you're considering. PhD Programs tend to be rather competitive, since there are often a number of high-quality applicants for a relatively small number of 'spots.' As such, you really have to make sure that your OVERALL application is strong. You're ultimately asking Admissions questions, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of them here:
