In Section 1: Recommender Information, the question "Please enter name of school affiliated with" is something regarding which I wanted to clarify.
Since my recommender is my mentor at the company I work at and not some College professor, does my mentor have to fill anything in this blank?
Any help would be greatly helpful. Thanks in advance.

Can anyone of you please help me regarding the following question ?
I was going through the GMAC Common LOR (Letter of Recommendation) , and I came across these questions in Section 1: Recommender Information.
The questions say "Please enter name of school affiliated with" , and "Please select the option the most closely matches.".
The recommenders I have chosen are my superiors in the company for which I work, and they are not affiliated to any school.
So, Should my recommenders fill these questions ?
Please correct me if my understanding regarding these questions is incorrect.

Don't worry about this question. The school just wants to know if your recommender has any connection to the school.
For example, UCLA asks "If you are affiliated with UCLA, please select the option that most closely matches" and the options are:
* Faculty
* graduate
* staff
* not affiliated
* other
Simply have your recommender select one of the options, and that's it
