My acads are: Class 10- 83.5%(I.C.S.E) Class 12- 91.2%(C.B.S.E) Graduation- 60.1%(2014-2019) I have a two year gap during my graduation due to health problems. I am a Fresher and look after my family business which deals in Textile. I yet to take GMAT exam as I am unsure whether I would be eligible for the Columbia MBA program.

No foreign MBA looks at Class 10 and Class 12 marks. The gap in graduation does not matter if you explain it properly. You have too little work experience, very unlikely you will get into any of the top school. You should try after getting 3 to 4 years of good work experience.
