SIDDHARTH66, you can check out GMAT Ninja's study plan: https://gmatclub.com/forum/gmat-ninja-s ... s#p3105981
I think this is the perfect starting place for you.

If you feel you need more hand holding than you can check out self-prep courses, or maybe even consider a tutor.

In addition to seeking advice in this thread, take a look at the GMAT Club reviews for the best quant and verbal courses, and also read through some GMAT success stories to see what materials have worked well for other test-takers.

You also may find it helpful to read this article about how to score a 700+ on the GMAT.

Good luck!

Hi SIDDHARTH66,

From what you describe, it sounds as though you have NOT taken any of the Official practice CATs/mocks yet. If that is true, then it would be a good idea to take a FULL-LENGTH practice CAT Test sometime soon (perhaps this weekend); you can access 2 for free at www.mba.com (and they come with some additional practice materials). That score will give us a good sense of your current strengths and weaknesses and will help provide a basis for comparison as you continue to study. A FULL CAT takes about 3.5 hours to complete, so make sure that you've set aside enough time to take it in one sitting. Once you have that Score, you should report back here (or you can feel free to PM me directly) and we can discuss how you might best proceed with your studies.

I'd like to know a bit more about your timeline and goals:
1) What is your goal score?
2) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
3) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

Consider checking out the gmatclub study plan post. It provides a bit of an into to GMAT prep and mentions a variety of resources.

Any other suggestions??

There are only 6 Official Mocks available. Using them carefully and trying to simulate exam conditions as close as possible would hopefully get more value out of them. For GMAT tips, consider checking out the gmatclub YouTube page. Some quick Quant and Verbal tips on the gmatknight website as well.

For some just starting out, this idiom list for Sentence Correction could be useful.
