Hi Rishab - you're looking at this problem holistically which is great. There's lots of variables to consider and the visa issues, post-grad employment, and tuition are all important. That's nice to see!!
Nobody can really answer your question about whether you should go for it - it's obviously a very personal decision and there's so many unknowns about job markets and all that. You're right that Canada is more flexible in some regards, there's somewhat less competition for Indians applying to those schools you mentioned and they're both great MBA programs that can completely change the trajectory of your life and help you build a great new career in a new field. They're very competitive as well but not as much as some of the more famous brand name bschools that people think of. So it's nice to see that you're targeting some realistic choices.
This is not a trivial project that you will be embarking on - the GMAT and the applications are very intense, both in terms of time required to do them well, and cost, and also the emotional ride - it's a lot of ups and downs! But also totally worth it when you see what awaits you. So we would encourage you to go for it if this is a dream that you have. The growth, transformation, and opportunity that come out of bschool can be tremendous, and so worth it. It's also a lot of fun!
We recognize that we're not really answering your question but it's hard to know where to go with it... If you have something more specific that you care to pose to us as a followup we're happy to tackle it for you!
