When a school reports it's median work experience is this # calculated based off work experience at time of application or at time of attendance?

It's worth noting that there are huge ranges. Even with a median of 5 years WE, you'll have some students with none (it happens, just rarely) and others with 8-12 (these skew towards vets, especially aviators). At any rate, a few months between application and enrollment is immaterial.
