That makes perfect sense.

Thank you for your explanation. I didn't actually see any questions, as my camera couldn't be turned on by the LockDown Browser, so I even failed to check in.

The exam was cancelled by the proctor right at the scene during the check-in.

I will try to contact Customer Service once again.

I'm sorry that you had such a bumpy testing experience! That's no fun.

Pearson VUE is correct: you'll want to contact GMAC customer service for this one. It's rare that they'll waive the 16-day waiting period, just because it exists for test security reasons: GMAC periodically refreshes the question bank, and you're much more likely to see repeat questions if you test twice within that 16-day window.

If you actually saw questions during your cancelled exam, then it's extremely unlikely that GMAC would waive the 16-day waiting period. If the exam was cancelled before the fun actually started, explain that clearly to customer service, and see if they can help. I'm not sure that they can, but it's worth a shot.

I hope that helps a bit, and please let us know how things go for you!

They will give you a voucher. I faced the same issue and they eventually gave me a voucher and told to reschedule at any time.
