I’ve noticed schools have fields for base/bonus comp. I’m a bit worried because when I last switched jobs I joined a multinational and a large part of my comp is stock. In fact my salary actually went down! Is there any way to note this on the app?

Hi NycEngineer,

Most applications will give you space to put in any specific comments pertaining to your compensation. Should that not be available, you must address this issue in the additional info essay/optional essay. Be sure to highlight the exact salary break up and your reasons for taking up the new job (despite the fall in real compensation) :)

Hope this helps!

All the best :)
