Can anyone tell me that if i take gmat now and then seek 2-3years experience...can i apply with the scores that i get now..???will my experience be counted???
actually i have a 10 month time in hand before i join my job and the institute i want to get into demands a valid gmat score with min of 2yr experience...so m planning to prepare and take gmat now and get experience later and then apply...is it a valid thing to do???plz help....

Sure, you can do that. Please reference this article on when to take the GMAT.
Note that your GMAT score is valid for up to 5 years. You can check with your institution to be sure, but that's the general rule for top business schools. So if you take the GMAT now - as long as you apply sometime in the next 5 years, your GMAT score will still be valid.
