As someone in low 40s I'm too old for MBA but wonder what options exist to advance my career. Have worked in coding/Software engineering roles (not glamorous FANG companies but more old-fashioned companies like Nvidia type) with an MS for over 15 years.
* Can one make a transition to MBB without an MBA from this position?
* Mck seems to have an AP (advanced professional) role realistically possible on average for people with MS degree who spent decades in purely tech roles (say writing code)?
* what comp one can expect at MBB after this much experience?
* As age for MBA is passed, what option exist for someone in this position?
