Time management is very important to take GMAT.
For me, I have a problem with Verbal part. (Math is just fine for me
)
I cannot finish the verbal in time and always leave 5-6 questions and keep guessing. (The RC takes me lots of time as I am not a native speaker.)
So is it okay for the GMAT that I will do my best until 5 minutes left and guess C C C all of remaining questions. Do the GMAT know about that action and lower my score? because I did not see any problem in GMAT Prep.
I do this because I know that the very first questions have a big impact on my score. And Question No. 30-41 has only little effect.

Yes you are correct about the impact of the last 10 questions. GMAT Prep and gmat (official) follow the same procedure. I cannot say ignore the last five but these will have least priority in the calculation of total score.

Your performance in the Verbal section is going to be impacted by a variety of factors on Test Day, so it's important that you make your practice as realistic as possible.
1) What is your goal score?
2) How have you been scoring on your practice CATs?
3) Do you take the ENTIRE CAT each time (including the Essay and IR sections)?
Your pacing problem is actually based on OTHER problems. It can be 'fixed', but you have to fix OTHER things first.
1) How long have you been studying?
2) What resources have you been using?
3) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
