Question about work experience to get into a Ivy MBA program

So, to get into an elite MBA program I understand they look for leaders and work expereince. So I am about to graduate with a Masters and I am in a dilemma picking jobs that would propel me into a Ivy League. So, should i choose going into IB (Investment Banking, Where I won't be Happy) or a corporate finance leadership program (tangible Leadership expereince and Name recognition), or Consulting (diverse expereince)? Honest opinions will be appreciated.
