Q84 scores are typically earned with 2 to 4 missed questions on the actual GMAT and that too on the difficult end of the spectrum.
Without further data, I can't say anything about the level of questions you have received in this quiz (fairly easy tagged questions could be medium difficulty)
If the set in this particular quiz consists of more easy questions it is possible that the scoring is done based on a relative comparison to other users who attempted this quiz and the number of questions the got wrong or right.
Try following the official mocks and official questions when you're judging the difficulty and the scoring pattern.
Hope it answers your query.

HIT KUDOS IF YOU FOUND THIS USEFUL.

I understand you answer, however its not really related to what I asked..
ill clarify.. how can an 83Q be achieved by answering 15 easy, 1 hard. it just doesn't makes sense, and what Im looking to understand if this could resemble a real gmat Q section.
If we look at another example with very different level of questions and the difference score.. it doesn't make sense,

It depends on the questions you get correct amongst the initial lot of 4 to 5 questions. If such questions are marked 'incorrect', then you may land up with so many Easy-level questions.

All the Best.

Hi Bobygold,

In addition to the other advice you've received in this thread, you may want to take an official practice test to get a better idea of what the actual exam will feel like.

If my experience doing this helps you, I took several of these gmat club quant tests and did a trend graph, it was clearly going up as I progressed. By the end of them I was scoring 88-90. Then I took the official GMAT, and scored 87, with only 2 incorrect questions.

I agree that if you are looking for the most accurate GMAT score, take an official practice exam to see where you are at.
