Hi, I have a stupid question regarding the requirement for part time MBA (Fully Employed MBA).
Is the student required to have a full time job to be admitted into part time MBA program? Does a part time job or volunteering work count as fully employed?
I hope someone with that knowledge/experience can answer my question.

This is a good question...but it really depends on the specific program you are applying to. Some programs have strict requirements others are more more vague. So I would read the fine print on your specific program or reach out to admissions if the information is murky.

It might really depend from case to case and school to school. I asked the same question to Rotman recently. They have told me they strictly want it a full time job in the same region. I asked whether business owner/start-up owner/sole proprietorship counts. They replied yes as long as the company is locally registered and has local clients.
