The applications will typically designate what time frame they want your work experience in. I would say it's more important the quality of your experience than the absolute years so if you are worried here make sure you are highlighting all of the great things yo have done at work in your resume and essays and have that be reinforced by your recommenders. Including elements that showcase your maturity and being self-reflective throughout your application is something else that helps a ton.
