Hi,

I'm quite struggling with choosing a school from these two, and hope to get some suggestions from you.

My background is five years career in public relations. BU will offer me a 50K scholarship, while nothing from Gerogetown.

Congrats! Is that \$50K/year or \$50K over 2 years?
There seems to be a string of these discussions BU vs. McDonough. Seems a popular pair that is pretty consistent.

\$50K would be around 25% of total cost of attendance for 2 years... not an unreasonable amount to gamble for a number of benefits of a better-known program and higher rank.

I would probably vote for Gergetown here (I just voted the other way around for this person - https://gmatclub.com/forum/georgetown-m ... 62361.html ... drives me crazy too - not sure if I am being fickle or actually thoughtful), but that would be my vote, unless you have previous debt, or have a network of support in Boston you can rely on.
