Hi Everyone!
Submitted my application mid-July. This Thursday I heard from somebody interested in scheduling an interview which is now scheduled for this following Monday. It looks online that this is not offered to all applicants, or is only offered on an invitation basis post application submission?
Is this a good sign? Or is this a standard practice? I'm hoping it means they want to learn more about me and are interested!
