I do not think that there is a right answer for this question.

All depends on your level of confidence and your mental preparation.

Remember that ETS is testing your confidence. You can study for years and never understand your mistakes and still doing them everytime. And you can study for only few weeks and analyse your mistakes step by step and try to manage to not repeat them while getting the score that you want in a short time....

Remember that someone can study just 10 hours and get 750+; I think someone just scored 760 recently by studying only that much. Your potential score with the effort you put in is relative to your innate skill at taking standardized tests.
