Yes, three essays, 750 words or yes. Essays are pretty standard among programs. Especially the first and third question.

Does this mean 3 essays with 750 words each or 750 words in total?

In the official application, there are 2 essay prompts. The first prompt groups all of what the OP mentioned above and is labeled "essay question #1". The second prompt (essay question #2) is applicable only if you want to apply to MIT's 18-month version of the MFin program. Does this imply that for "essay question #1," they just want the 3 questions you guys mentioned answered in one essay limited to 750 words? That's what I thought all along.
