Hi Applicant,
Your credentials are impressive. Your CFA, GMAT score, and your elevation to VP in three years of time, all are strong factors. However also remember that in the schools you have listed, most of them come with a similar profile, and many might be outstanding in their respective roles. What you should not be concerned about is your UG GPA, as you have shown an improving trend in your subsequent degree. You should be thinking about what message you will be giving to the adcom. If your reason for moving away from RE is the cyclical and unpredictable nature (which might be understandably disorienting to some) of the industry, then your case will be stronger, than when you are moving away for the reason of getting a prestigious opportunity. Prestige is a negative word from the admissions stand point. This is not to imply that you should not seek what you like, but don't use prestige and pay as sole reasons. Articulate your contribution to the RE industry in the essays. Tell about the reason for this transition, and also, crucially, about how successful you were in managing the role that you were assigned. Given the test and academic metrics, I think your time will be well spent on identifying and refining the ideas rather than on retaking the test, which will perhaps not reclassify you as unique, as test scores, beyond a point ( which you have attained), has little effect on tilting the scales of admissibility. I might not be able to assess the chances in these schools as what you say about you and your past and your vision will determine whether you get in. Hope this was useful.
PS: Your age ( relatively young), your place ( Lebanon - not a over represented region) are also positive factors. You are more likely than not to succeed if you convey the vision well. So reflect on these.
