I have a question that i need to solve and i need to know the process of how to solve it as well.
Here is the question:
A cheetah can reach a top speed of 65 mph. If the fastest I can run is 13 percent of the cheetah's speed, how long will it take me to run 450 inches?
Cheetah's speed = 65mph Your speed is 13% of cheetah's speed = 65 * (13/100). At this speed, time taken to travel 450 inches?? (inches?? seriously? are you sure you got the unit right??)

Its all about conversion of units. cheeta speed is 65 mph so your speed will be 0.13 * 65 mph now the distance is 450 inches, so lets convert the speed into inches persecond (1 mile = 5280 ft = 5280 * 12 inches) your speed = (0.13 * 65 * 5280 * 12)/3600
