Please don't skip any section. I'm telling you from my experience! I was also not comfortable with RC, so I decided to skip that section on preparation and focused on SC and CR only. At the end I was ok with SC and CR but in RC my hit rate was about 50 percent. I gave the test and scored 540(Q48,V17,AWA 5) In Verbal section at the starting 5-6 ques were from CR and SC, I was happy that I made them correct but then got 2 paragraphs (total about 7 ques) and I know this is where I lost the game. If you miss 4-5 ques in a row, the game is over!

IMO GMAT Prep give or take is as close as you can get to the real thing. MGMAT comes next, and the thing that i like about MGMAT is their scoring scale. It shows how you fared on the test.

Manhattan RC is pretty decent and doesn't stray too much from a real GMAT RC question. Another option is to practice with RC problems from the LSAT. Those are more challenging GMAT RC questions. Also look into GMAT Fiction.

But DO NOT skip RC questions simply because they are too hard. Such escapism will hurt your score tremendously and probably prevent you from entering an MBA program.

Thanks guys.
I tried the "read intire passage" stragetgy and turn out it does not cost as much time as I think. At least now I can read all the passage and still do not run out of time ( but still got about 25% right answer for RC, that's bad). So I decided that I will not skip it. Still got a month for me to try. My MGMAT and GMAT PREP now is 640. I really hope that I will reach 700.

Again, thanks so much

With time you will be able to speed up while reading and answering questions, as you will get used to the question types.
Do all the RC questions of OG12 and OG verbal 2 at least 2 times before the exam. This much practice along with daily reading of 75-100 pages of fiction books/article will prepare you well for the RC.
