Hi Mike,

I read 5-6 LSAT passages and solve 2-3 GMAT passages each day. Unless the passage is extremely tough, i am able to get the main point easily. The problem i face is that while reading a passage is i feel that i am forgetting what i read, and this thought kind of messes up the comprehension. :?
Dear arslano,
OK, so the problem is not really RC, but more fundamental, about concentration and focus.

First of all, I will recommend this link again, a unique and vastly underappreciated perspective on RC:
https://magoosh.com/gmat/2012/curiosity- ... n-success/

More importantly, though, you have to boost your power of focus and your ability to concentrate & retain information. Here are some recommendations about steps you can take, throughout your life, to address this crucial issue:
https://magoosh.com/gmat/2012/zen-boot-c ... -the-gmat/
That article has links to three other related articles at the top. If you can implement the recommendations in that article, the potential payoffs will go far beyond GMAT RC.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
Mike :-)

:Thanks for the advice Mike. It is always helpful. I figured out I carry too much load in my mind than i can process. My new refined strategy is to simply take an overview of the RC without worrying much aboutt the details, which i anyway way have to come back for in the detail questions. Its working a bit and hopefull practice will make it better. :)
