Hi RC Expert..........................................

I was completely devastated by futile result of my RC. Since last 2 months every day I am doing RC(1/2/3 passage dependent on free time) ,but unfortunately I was stuck up with an accuracy in bet 50-60%. In few occasion more than it ,may be 90%, and in few occasion its even less. But most of time it is 50-60%. And the felony i did was taking 20-25 min for long passage.

I was reading NY times,Economist and few more almost every day. Still my result was same as it was 2 months back. I have gone through different strategy suggested in GMAT Club. But still no improvement other than i wont feel bore while doing RC.

I read somewhere in this club "Experiment with RC strategy" does magic, but long we will it take to get mastery?

Hi,

From my own experience I can suggest a few things
1. When reading RC, focus on entire content.
2. Make a habit of summarizing each paragraph and then view it in the overall context.
3. Do not focus on unknown terms, rather focus on intent of writer.

For timings,
Try to get SC in 45sec-1 min. That way you can save time for RC's
