RC Strategery

Question

Guys and Gals,

I'd like to hear the various strategies and tactics that one can use for RCs in the GMAT.

Kaplan's strategy sounds dicey to me. I have not read PR's approach yet.

I know that everyones mileage varies but are there some good dos and don'ts for RC?

I'm clueless as to what strat to adopt.

I read the passage carefully. If I don't remeber the begining after I am done reading, I go back and skim the beginiing again. Then I move to answering questions.

I did the same, but found that my reading speed is slowww...How did you speed up? Did you use the speed-reading by scanning two or three words per time instead of one?

I read the first sentence of every paragraph very carefully, and then just skim over the rest of the material. Once I am done I move on to the questions--the questions will direct you where you need to go. If the question asked me about the material that I just skimmed over, I know where to go to find the answer.
