Hi folks,
having gmat of 83 perc, I think of applying now and if I will not get invited to interviews, I will apply next year again after increasing GMAT. Is this possible?

Might be worth writing a profile-review. You could include/mention the schools you're targeting as well as your score.

If your score is around the average for the schools you're applying to, there's no need to worry too much about not getting interview invites. It's always important to maintain a positive mindset during the application process.
And yes, if things don't pan out this year, you absolutely have the option to reapply next year with an improved GMAT score. Many applicants reapply after enhancing their profiles, so you wouldn't be alone in that approach. For now, focus on presenting your best self in your current applications. Who knows? You might just get the results you're hoping for this time around!
