Many schools do not entertain applications from those who already have an MBA degree. First, you should check which schools you can apply to.

There's no harm in having 6 jobs in 12 months, but you will need an extremely convincing reason to convince the AdComs as to why that is. Exploring fit may not be enough in this case, and honestly, if that's the reason you should just bank on it. Also, as bizschoolprep pointed out, you will have to look for schools that will accept an applicant with an MBA already (because not all schools in the states do).

Hi sorry it's 6jobs in 12 years!but I wanted to know whether going to unrelated sectors and then coming to core area is a disadvantage and how to justify?claim that it is due to trying different areas to find area of core competence or is it due to interest in diversified areas?which is more convincing and why. Thanks in advance. Regards ravinder

I think that's a question that I do not have the ability to answer. I think it'll depend on how you wish to shape your application and how your essays round out your reasoning of 6 jobs in 12 years. It would also depend on what you choose to put on your resume since it's probably going to be hard for you to put down first couple of jobs you've held on your resume, especially the fact that most b-schools allow only 1-page resume.
