It is odd that there was such a huge discrepancy between your CATs and the real GMAT. It's clear that you know the material, so I echo the other poster's comments. Were you taking the CATs under real testing conditions? Do you have an issue with stress, or timing perhaps?

You should focus on stress and time management! It is important and exploit your full potential on test day which you obviously did not manage.

There are many techniques to overcome these issues. Just google for test taking techniques or stress management

Did you also consider taking an online course besides the books you used? There are some online courses with score improvement or full refund guarantees
