Hi
i have already given a GMAT attempt about 2 months back and got a 660 (Q 47 V 34) but didn't get shortlisted in my desired b-school, got almost 690-710 scores in all my prep exams with my quant score being constant at 49 & verbal fluctuating between 35-37. But got 710 in all my GMAT prep exams (GMAT 1,2,3 & 4). i always had problems with DS questions in the quant section and i am always in doubt about my answers in the verbal section, as verbal has always been my weakness(my writing displays that) . I have again started preparing for the GMAT and will give my second attempt in November/December. SO, please can someone guide me on how should i approach to get a score of 700+ (710/720 will do).

Waiting for an early reply :)

Hi Shyam,

GMAT is not a rocket science. It is pure practise and hard work. The only way to crack it is spend more time and be relaxed as you have score to back it up. GMAT is not everything. Which round are you planning to apply? However study well and do well. You may look at the possible schools and chances here: https://goo.gl/RZg44t

All the best!!

With verbal, build your confidence with SC first. Understanding sentence structure and meaning in SC will help you read RC and CR passages faster.

We specialize in answering certain SC questions very quickly -- some in < 1 minute. This strategy can help free up more time for the time-intensive CR and RC sections.
