Hi there and sorry about the undergrad experience.
I feel being removed from on-campus housing is NOT a suspension. I also feel they will only verify your enrollment in the school (transcripts will come directly from your college so that is low risk to them but I can see them verifying it just in case). I can't see Revera reaching out to the undergrad residence hall since you may not have lived on campus - some colleges require it and some don't, so it is all over the place. I highly doubt this is checked in any way.
The way some questions are phrased, this may create an ethical dilemma that you will need to answer to yourself of how to handle it. It is possible to explain it in the optional essay or in the form. This is a good question for admissions consultants who may have run into things like that. I hope they can comment too!
My feel for the ReVera is that they do pretty minimal background checking since it costs $$$ and part of the application fee pool goes towards it. I can see the school spending $500/person for probably 2 hours of verification time since they bill for a certain suite of services. E.g. one of the former Moderators put GMAT Club as an employer and nobody has ever reached out to me/GMAT Club to confirm their employment history. Not sure if that is randomized or perhaps they check 2 out of 3 or something like that.
