Without a question, Columbia. Not even close. If I had a full ride at UNC and nothing at Columbia it would still be my choice in this situation.

I agree 100%. Go with the brand name, b/c in real estate the brand name will help get you the interview. Once you have the interview, it is on you to close the deal. Plus Columbia has a much better national presense, and specifically a presence in NY where there are tons of Real Estate finance types of jobs. Columbia by a LONG shot in this one...
