Thanks for the information, guys. My main question is regarding the essays about professional achievements and leadership. I would still consider the ones I wrote about last year to be the best ones for the schools. Would it be a bad thing to submit a revised version of the same essay this time? Should I rewrite the essay from scratch, about an entirely different experience?

Hey there,

This is an opportunity to share additional aspects of your profile with the adcom - don't just reuse or rewrite. Worst case, it comes across lazy. Best case, it doesn't really help. Think about how to improve your profile and its presentation!
