Hey fellow applicants!
I have a question regarding the perception of reapplicants. Do the adcoms consider reapplying a good/neutral/bad thing?
I wanted to try my luck and send out a couple applications in R2, but I am not 100% convinced that I will be able to write perfect essays and also I think I could still improve my GMAT score and CV a bit if I waited with the application till next year's R1. Of course, if the adcoms do not think of reapplicants in a bad way, I might as well give it a shot now and see how I do.
My top preferences would be NYU Stern, CBS, Booth, followed by MIT Sloan, Wharton, Duke. I know that CBS doesn't allow reapplicants to re-send all the essays and most likely that'd be the case elsewhere, too.
Please help me out with any insights or suggestions. I am from the Czech republic and the MBA applications do not work the same way (they're pretty much useless but cheap, easy, everyone gets in...)
Also link to my profile evaluation thread which might provide some more info about my chances. Thanks for your help and replies!
