I've read time and time again to make sure to include something in every relevant field. I've only had one full-time job since I graduated college. In the "reason for leaving" field, should I leave it blank? Obviously the Adcoms know that I'll be leaving to get my MBA if admitted, right?

I guess I read this thread a bit too late. I have submitted my applications to 2 schools. In both applications, I have listed reasons for leaving my current job as "to do my mba". I am just afraid that the ad coms do not read it as i have left my job or that i am planning to leave my job right after the application. I have listed my end date in the current job as present as I have no intention of leaving the current job before joining MBA. Have I messed up or will adcoms understand this?
