I’ve been studying for the gmat the last few months and have written it twice. 615 first attempt and 645 the second.

The schools I’m considering like Haas have indicated 700 as the avg (old gmat exam). I believe the focus score of 645 is 690-700 but I’m just wondering if I should try writing it again. My biggest issue was quant on time management more than anything else.

I have an engineering degree from Canada wit h the 4 yr avg of 3.8. do I give it another shot?

Always look at your sectional percentile when evaluating your GMAT scores for top B-school programs, unless you are from a crowded pool of applicants where looking at the overall score also becomes very important. If you know that you did not do well on quant, do you think you have it in you to retake and pull up the percentile for quant, and be slightly better than the average for the school? What are other unique aspects about your profile? Your GMAT score cannot be looked at in isolation. You will have to provide a complete picture to offer holistic advice.
