I received an email with the following announcement which is a significant change for test takers and helps test prep companies a lot to create study plan for GMAT re-takers!!!!
Based on feedback we received from both test takers and Test Prep Organizations, our new GMAT Enhanced Score Report (ESR) provides test takers with a comprehensive overview of how they have performed on each section of the GMAT exam and helps them understand where they need to focus to improve their scores.
What is it?
The ESR gives test takers a complete set of post-exam diagnostics including rankings, response times, and a customized summary – to help evaluate strengths and weaknesses and gain more confidence.
Key Benefits:
Test Taking Confidence: Currently, test takers do not have any information on how their performance on the different skills tested within each section contributed to their section scores: Sub-section scores help test takers focus study on weaker skills to improve section scores.
Timing Information: Many test takers do not complete the exam. Latency data shows test takers how they managed their time so they adjust their test taking strategy.
More Transparency: Test takers may not understand their section scores, especially when they feel they answered questions correctly. Performance information on difficulty levels gives test takers a better understanding of their section scores.
Less Anxiety: this tool allows for better preparation and preparation is the key to success. This tool allows users to gain access into the unknown.
Test takers can purchase the ESR for exams completed after October 1, 2013 at mba.com/esr. Please provide our ESR fact sheet to your students.
This tool will allow you to review areas of weaknesses and strengths with your students and may help you to evaluate your GMAT test preparation programs.
Learn more about the ESR by visiting our GMAT ESR page, or by viewing our online demo.
