Hi Mods / BB,
There are lots of posts, specially in verbal forum, which are posted without OA. This creates a problem because you have to repeatedly come back to same question to see whether you were actually able to solve it correctly. I'd rather prefer to come back to only those question that I could not solve to see the explanation given by some expert etc.
In fact, there is a clear rule (point 7 in post below) for OA:

I understand there may be a good motive behind not posting OA i.e. to initiate discussions; therefore my question is - is it possible to enforce this rule of OA, or atleast highlight this fact in question header itself that OA is not provided so that one can focus on specific problems and learn efficiently
