Hjort,
I have been waitlisted at Ross for this year's Full Time MBA. I have identified certain areas in my application that I could spruce up. One of them is "Supervisor's Recommendation". During my application I had selected my previous supervisor and a current mentor as recommenders since I did not want to raise any concerns with my manager. I now feel that my current supervisor's reco might help strengthen my candidacy.
I would like to know if my new rocmmender should stick to the original question-answer format provided in the application OR if she could write up a reco letter in a free flow format and email that to Ross? Knowing how busy my curr supervisor is I doubt if she will have the patience to answer each question.
Thanks,
Popeye
