I wouldn't worry so much about proving that you can work well in the private sector. The fact that you are successful in non-profits is plenty good. I would go with the first two on your list. However, what is even more important than picking the right recommender is making sure they are well prepared to write you an awesome recommendation.Even the best recommender won't help you if they don't have a good grasp of your abilities and what the schools are looking for.
