Hi there, this is regarding the recommendation letter format. I normally give a template to my Managers to fill in the details, so that it is easier for them. For e.g. having "Please feel free to contact me, if you have further questions" at the end of the recommendation letter.
I am wondering that ad-com looking at these letters might think the letters have been written by the same person ! Though the content of my letters are totally different.
Do you have any advice on this? Should I do away with templates so that the recommendations look different?

so i assume your just going to have those sent into the school?
Why not just do it the normal way and give your recommenders email in the app and have them send it that way?
Either way if the content is varied i wouldn't worry if the last sentence is the same. a lot of people write that exact phrase.

Thanks for your response, Jordan. That helps.
Yes, I do it the normal way (emails directly to recommender) but I do give them the template and bullet points (based on the questions asked) what they should be expanding in the letter.
