Hi qurratzaidi,

You posted a similar message yesterday - and while you've answered some of the questions from that thread, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

Studies:
1) How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used besides the course that you mentioned?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?

Goals:
4) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?

Thankfully, defining the specific areas that you'll need to work on won't be difficult, but defining your specific timeframe (and the work that you've done so far) is necessary to make sure that you're approaching this next phase of your studies in the proper fashion.

Hi Rich!

1) Since I'm off work for one week, I'm studying full time for now. But once my work resumes, I will be able to put in almost 2-3 hrs on weekdays and 5-6 hours on weekends.
2) I did Manhattan Prep material and GMAT club Quant book on some topics, other than Magoosh.
3) Took both the tests with a weeks gap. Scored 520 on the 1st test ( Quant - Q31 ,Verbal -Q 27) and 2nd test ( Quant Q27 , Verbal Q31)

4) Ive a test scheduled a month away from today.
5) As soon as I get my result I shall have the unofficial score sheet send out to the respective schools

Hi qurratzaidi,

Statistically-speaking, you will likely need at least another 1.5 - 2 months of consistent, guided study to get to the point that you can consistently score 620+. No one here know how quickly you might improve though, so it's possible that you could pick up the additional points that you're after in just one month (IF you're really efficient with your studies going forward and you're focused on learning and practicing the proper Tactics). Thankfully, to earn a 620+, you do NOT need to correctly answer ANY of the questions that you find really hard/weird (so you have to get comfortable with the idea of 'dumping' a few questions during the Exam; there are strategic ways that you can learn to do that).

1) When is your exact Official Test Date?
2) What application deadlines are you currently facing?
